Who ever heard of snow on Easter? Not me!! We THOUGHT it would be the last time we would see snow for the season, so we went out to look for beautiful scenery and take pictures. However, last friday (April 27) we woke up to SNOW!!! Oh well, summer will be here soon...hopefully. We had a blast driving around, both looking for perfect places to stop. We hope you enjoy snow pictures in the spring!
Adam took this one. He has turned into a photographer wannabe like me :) I think this picture captures how vast and empty the land is here in Bozeman. It is quite overwhelming at times, making you feel extremely small!
I have a bittersweet relationship with this hat. I love how cozy it is, but I really never want to wear it in April EVER AGAIN!!

Adam and I talk all the time about how we can't figure out how the first settlers to this area survived. Even with about five layers of current day snow gear on and my rabbit hat, I still get cold! I can't even imagine what I would have thought if this was the home that my mountain man built for me. But I do know he would just smile and say, "But Katie, where in the world can you have a view like that!"
